These Terms of Service govern your use of the lipz.games website, including the Alpha Channel enrollment form. Terms for individual mobile games (Neon Blox, Obsidion, etc.) will be published separately and linked from each game's page.

02. Acceptable Use

By using this site you agree not to:

• ▸Scrape, crawl, or mass-harvest content without written permission
• ▸Submit false or misleading information to the Alpha Channel form
• ▸Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise site infrastructure
• ▸Use the site to distribute spam or malicious content

03. Intellectual Property

All content on lipz.games - including but not limited to the game names, artwork, pixel art assets, descriptive copy, and studio branding - is the intellectual property of Lipz Games. Do not reproduce or redistribute without explicit written consent.

04. Alpha Channel Participation

By signing up for the Alpha Channel:

• ▸You agree to receive build announcements and dev updates via email
• ▸You understand that alpha builds are pre-release software - expect bugs
• ▸You agree not to publicly distribute or stream alpha builds without permission
• ▸You can unsubscribe at any time with no questions asked

05. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided "as is." Lipz Games makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We're an indie studio, not a legal department.

06. Limitation of Liability

Lipz Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in the Alpha Channel program beyond what applicable law requires.

07. Amendments

We may update these terms as the studio grows. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
