01. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or playing Shadow Cat (games.lipz.shadow_cat), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms cover the App only — the Lipz Games website terms apply to lipz.games separately.

02. The App

Shadow Cat is a free-to-play mobile stealth puzzle game developed by Lipz Games (John Joshua Lipio). It includes the following features:

• ▸Grid-based stealth gameplay
• ▸Local game progress and settings storage
• ▸Banner advertisements served via Google AdMob
• ▸Basic stability and diagnostic reporting via Firebase

03. License

Lipz Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

04. Restrictions

You may not:

• ▸Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ▸Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• ▸Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• ▸Use the App for any unlawful purpose

05. Intellectual Property

All assets within Shadow Cat — including code, artwork, music, and the name "Shadow Cat" — are the property of Lipz Games. No rights are transferred to you beyond the license granted in Section 03.

06. Advertisements

Shadow Cat is free to play and supported by advertisements via Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data collection.

07. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided "as is." Lipz Games is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
