TERMS OF SERVICE.

01. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or playing Neon Blox (games.lipz.neon_blox), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms cover the App only — the Lipz Games website terms apply to lipz.games separately.

02. The App

Neon Blox is a free-to-play mobile puzzle game developed in Flutter / Dart. It includes the following features:

• ▸Grid-based block puzzle gameplay with neon aesthetics
• ▸Background music and sound effects (user-configurable)
• ▸Haptic feedback on combos (user-configurable)
• ▸Settings screen with links to legal pages and an asset credits screen
• ▸Banner advertisements served via Google AdMob
• ▸Anonymous usage tracking via Firebase Google Analytics

03. License

Lipz Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

04. Restrictions

You may not:

• ▸Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its assets
• ▸Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• ▸Distribute, sell, resell, or sublicense the App
• ▸Use cheats, automation tools, or exploits to manipulate gameplay
• ▸Interfere with AdMob ad delivery or attempt to generate fraudulent ad clicks
• ▸Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

05. Intellectual Property

All assets within Neon Blox — including code, artwork, pixel sprites, music, sound effects, UI designs, and the Neon Blox name and logo — are the exclusive property of Lipz Games. Third-party asset credits are listed in the app's Credits screen. No rights are transferred to you by installing or playing the App.

06. Advertisements

Neon Blox is free to play and supported by advertisements via Google AdMob. Ad content is served by Google based on your device's advertising settings. We do not control the specific ads shown. You can opt out of personalised ads via your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data collection.

07. In-App Purchases

Neon Blox currently contains no in-app purchases. If monetisation beyond advertising is introduced in a future version, these terms will be updated accordingly.

08. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Lipz Games makes no warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Early versioned builds may contain bugs — that's part of the process.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lipz Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Neon Blox, including data loss, device damage, or inability to access the App.

10. Termination

Lipz Games may revoke your licence to use the App at any time if these terms are violated. We may discontinue or update the App without notice. Upon termination, the licence granted in Section 03 ceases immediately.
