01. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or playing Groundhog Garden Grocer (games.lipz.groundhog_garden_grocer), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms cover the App only — the Lipz Games website terms apply to lipz.games separately.

02. The App

Groundhog Garden Grocer is a free-to-play mobile puzzle/arcade game developed by Lipz Games (John Joshua Lipio). It includes the following features:

• ▸Garden-themed puzzle gameplay with custom groundhog and farmer assets
• ▸Local game progress and settings storage
• ▸No account registration or mandatory data collection

03. License

Lipz Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

04. Restrictions

You may not:

• ▸Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ▸Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• ▸Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• ▸Use the App for any unlawful purpose

05. Intellectual Property

All assets within Groundhog Garden Grocer — including code, artwork, music, and the name "Groundhog Garden Grocer" — are the property of Lipz Games. No rights are transferred to you beyond the license granted in Section 03.

06. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided "as is." Lipz Games is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the App or the integrity of locally stored data.
